Ellerker Opticians is a proud partner of the NHS, delivering emergency CUES services, pre- and post-cataract examinations, glaucoma repeat measures (GRR), enhanced glaucoma case finding (GERS) and post-vision screening (PVS) paediatric care.

Both Tom and Iain are qualified Independent Prescribers meaning they can issue private prescriptions. Whilst there is not currently provision in Shropshire for NHS-funded prescriptions, we are able to treat some eye conditions on a private basis. If you have any questions about this service, please feel free to contact online, via telephone or pop into the practice.

If you have an eye emergency out of office hours, and your GP is based in Shropshire, please call Primary Eyecare Services on 0303 003 5598. If your GP is not based in Shropshire, then please call 111.
